A Corporate Family Membership Agreement is granted to five (5) individuals living within the same household. The account holder must be an employee of a corporate business partnered with the Downtown Athletic Club. Corporate Members are allowed the same club access as Primary Members but at a discounted rate. This agreement is based on a month-to-month contract with no annual fee and a one-time enrollment fee upon membership signup.
