This fitCAMP session is three Weeks - 12 training session intense group training program focused on quick results and lasting benefits. This class will challenge you in all aspects of fitness: Strength, Muscular Endurance, Cardiovascular, Power and Flexibility.
Training Days & Times:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 5:45am - 6:30am, 11:10pm - 11:55pm, 5:15pm - 6:00pm
Saturdays: 8:30am - 9:20am
