This monthly recurring membership is for 3-6 family members residing in the same household. Includes full club access: weight room, cardio room, classes, basketball court, and pool. Also includes orientations with a trainer to learn equipment. (Additional fees for use of tennis court, locker rental.)

Joining fees include a $55 startup fee, prorated first month, and tax. Monthly recurring dues are $159+tax the first of each month and must come out of a single account. 

Membership may be canceled any time after first EFT payment comes out by coming in and signing a cancellation form. The deadline is the 25th of the month to avoid the next month's charges, no cancellation fee.
