Summary

This membership grants access to the Beach Club for all household family members listed on the agreement during the summer season, from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. The pool deposit allows members to invest monthly towards a seasonal summer pool membership. This deposit is refundable once the 12-month minimum membership installments have been completed and all outstanding house charges are paid. If the membership is terminated for any reason prior to completing the 12-month investment period, the initial deposit will not be refunded. The membership will automatically renew each year for a new 12-month term in which the pool deposit can be refunded when the new 12 month term is met.
