Summary

This plan is good for 12 months and payments are made on the 15th of each month. All monthly billing memberships will go into roll-over. Your membership rate will increase once in roll-over. Once billed, this increase is non-refundable. Once you renew the membership you may lock-in a different rate. You will need to renew prior to the expiration date of your agreement. We recommend setting a reminder on a calendar or in your phone to prevent the rate increase. They will continue to bill beyond the length of your agreement term if you do not submit a thirty-day in-writing cancellation notice at the end of the membership term. An early cancellation can only be done when meeting certain criteria. There is a fee in lieu of remaining payments along with a thirty-day notice to cancel which is explained in documents you will be signing to join. We encourage you to read ALL documents and ask us any questions for clarification. This plan will allow 24/7 access for anyone 18yrs and older. There are only 2 members who live in the same household permitted to join online. All additional family members will need to join in the club for pricing accuracy and liability purposes. Additional members are additional cost. This plan is permissible for access to all areas of the gym with no additional charges including but not limited to: all cardio areas, all weights and machines, Strong Room, Saunas, and discounts on RAC Shakes. An additional family member may be added, but proof of living in the same home must be brought in within 7 days of signing up. Each member will have their own personalized access code to enter the gym. You will need to have a door code assigned to you by our staff after signing up. No member is permitted to share, give, or use another member's code. There are additional charges that will be applied to the account if access is given to anyone else, member or not. Children under the age of 18yrs are not permitted to be in the gym after general access hours and are not permitted to be on any equipment if they are not a paying member. This plan cannot be transferred to any other person(s).
