This plan is ONLY for non-members that have never used our facility before. If you have signed up for previous programs at Family Wellness you will receive an error message. 

This plan is only for non-members to access non-member programming and does NOT allow normal facility access to Family Wellness. 

A credit / debit card is required to be added onto your account, but you will NOT be charged for this membership type.
