Unlock full access to the Terrebonne General Performance Training Center with our Open Gym Membership, which includes unlimited use of cardio equipment, machine stations, and free weights to support your fitness goals. This membership offers a 20% discount for families of three or more. In order to qualify members must be part of an the immediate family (son, daughter, father, mother). Children who participate in this plan must be under the age of 26. Members opting to participate in add-on classes will also recieve the 20% discount towards the classes as long as they still qualify under the family plan. Our Open Gym is available daily from 4:00 AM to 11:00 PM, offering flexibility to fit your schedule. In addition to the gym, members have the option to add classes like Fit Class and Powerlifting to their membership. These add-on classes are subject to availability, and spots are granted on a first-come, first-served basis, with a capacity limit. When you enroll in a class, your spot will be reserved for that time unless you notify the Performance Training Center staff at (985) 850-6206 to unenrolled. We recommend reaching out before signing up for any classes to confirm availability. Fit Class is a 5 day (M-F) class that includes a well rounded program designed by our certified staff. Enrollment can be found in the "Courses" module in the member portal. Fit Class session times are as follows: -5:00am-6:00am -6:00am-7:00am -7:00am-8:00am -8:30am-9:30am -12:00pm-1:00pm -5:00pm-6:00pm -6:00pm-7:00pm Powerlifting sessions are offered 3 days a week (M,W,F) and are designed for individuals intrested in competing in powerlifting or simply intrested in a strength based program.
